Susie has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry with a specific focus on fostering loyal, long-term client relationships as well as improving the overall customer experience. Her client engagement experience at ViaWest, Citrix Systems, Insight and ZixCorp provide Susie with a unique edge and solid understanding of client expectations and needs, ideally positioning her to oversee and drive client success and satisfaction.
As the Director of Client Services at Aligned Energy, Susie is dedicated to ensuring all clients’ needs are met and their experience is positive and rewarding, from initial onboarding throughout the duration of the relationship. Susie and her team work closely with clients to build strong partnerships and become an extension of their teams.
As part of Aligned Energy’s continuous improvement culture, Susie is responsible for streamlining processes that improve the user experience at all levels. She and her team provide proactive communication during the on-boarding process, collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve and mitigate issues, support regulatory compliance and audit initiatives, and serve as points of daily contact for all client needs to ensure all customer goals and objectives are met.
